Overview
The existing ecosystem of Capital One’s direct mail marketing relies on volume-driven, poorly timed outreach, creating a feedback loop of low engagement, rising acquisition costs, and wasted resources.
By partnering with credit-based businesses, we created a co-marketing system that replaces mass mailing with targeted, low-cost educational referrals.
